Feedback settings
Below the settings to setup feedback for the application are explained. The following options are available to gather feedback:
General feedback: includes a one-to-five star rating, followed by an open-ended question.
Session feedback: includes a one-to-five star rating, followed by an open-ended question for each specific session.
Additionally, live polls can be set up via Mentimeter. Consult this article to learn more.
The home page/settings
To find the option to manage the feedback feature within the admin panel:
In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.
Select 'App settings'.
3. Click on 'Feedback' from the left-hand menu.
Managing your feedback
Manage feedback by enabling or disabling the following settings:
Title | Explanation |
Enable feedback | Enable or disable the feedback feature in the admin panel. |
Enable the rating of this app | Enable or disable the rating of the event displayed in the news feed. |
Enable the rating of program items | Enable or disable the rating of each separate program item. |
Enable the rating of posters | Enable or disable the rating of posters. |
Enable visible poster images | Enable or disable the visibility of poster images in the app. |
Enable feedback in menu | Enable or disable open feedback in the navigation menu when a user missed a feedback response. |
When would you like to enquire feedback from attendees? | Select when users will be asked to provide feedback. |
