In the admin panel click on 'Virtual Event' and select 'Stats view' from the drop-down menu.
The page lists statistics about the users, talks, pages, appointments and chats.
Reset the statistics prior to the event by clicking the red 'Reset statistics' button in the top-right corner.
Have a look at the virtual event live stats while your event is in progress and find out what the attendees are doing at the moment. This way you can already get an idea of which sessions were most useful or interesting!
Click the Export button and select 'Attendance view (Excel)' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The first Excel sheet tab provides information about all users, when they first logged in and when they last logged out and the time between their first and last visit. The other tabs provide information for each separate session about the duration and times a user visited.
Click the Export button and select 'Booth view' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The Excel sheet provides information about each separate company booth. It includes the unique and total visits, total visit time, number of chat messages and average visit time.
The amount of times the brochure is downloaded on the company page is listed in an Excel file that can be sent with the ''Auto sent connections'' onboarding mail or by downloading ''My contacts'' from the platform.
Click the Export button and select 'Lobby and group chat export (Excel)' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The Excel sheet provides information about the lobby chat messages and chat messages in the company booths. It includes the content of the chat message, information about the user and the time the message was sent.
Click the Export button and select 'Feedback results export (Excel)' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The Excel sheet provides information from the feedback that was set up. The Excel will include the rating and the votes for each feedback question.
Click the Export button and select 'On demand results export (Excel)' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The Excel sheet provides an overview of the total watch time for each recording displayed on the on-demand platform. Additionally, the users who watched the recording, their details and watch time are shown for each recording in a specific tab.
Click the Export button and select 'Download file stats export (Excel)' in the top-left corner. A download will start.
The Excel sheet provides an overview of which users downloaded what files at what times.
Below the stats are explained in more detail.
Total users - the total amount of users that logged in (dependent on the statistic currently known).
Sessions that have been favourited - the total amount of sessions that were favourited (added to the personal programme) by users.
Amount of time in webinar - the total amount of time spent on programme items.
Amount of time spent in the lobby - the total amount spent users have spent in the lobby.
Amount of time spent on other pages - the total amount of time users have spent on pages like the programme or files overview.
Company time - the total amount of time spent in company booths.
Minutes of one-on-one conversations - minutes spent in conversations of the network carousel, video calls and appointments.
Number of one-on-one conversations - the number of conversations in the network carousel, video calls and appointments.
Total saved kg/Co2 - the total amount of kg/Co2 saved. Consult this article for more information.
Saved amount kg/Co2 converted to trees - the total amount of kg/Co2 converted to trees. Consult this article for more information.
Total saved travel kilometres - the total amount of kilometres saved due to attending the event online instead of being there in person.
For each day the following information is shown:
The date of the day.
The total amount of time spent on the platform for each day.
The average amount of time spent on the platform for each day by users.
The number of users that visited the event for each day.
The total amount of pages that were opened on each day.
For each session the following information is shown:
The name of the session.
The total amount of time spent in each session by users.
The average amount of time spent in each session by users.
The number of times the session was entered.
The number of unique visitors for each session.

Lobby - the amount of time spent in the lobby of the virtual event platform.
Pre-event - the amount of time spent on the landing page of the virtual event platform.
Login - the amount of time spent on the login page where account details have to be filled in to log into the virtual event platform.
Start page - the amount of time spent in the lobby, while not having attended any sessions yet.
For each company the following information is shown:
The name of the company.
The total amount of time spent in each company booth.
The average amount of time spent in each company booth by users.
The number of times the company booth was opened.
The number of unique visitors for each company.
For each appointment talk (e.g. the networking carousel) the following information is shown:
The name of the talk.
The number of appointments made during the talk.
For each chat the following information is shown:
The name of the lobby, company or programme item connected to the chat.
The number of chat messages in the specific chat.
