Social Wall settings (Virtual event)

How to use social wall settings

You can access the social wall virtual event settings by completing the following steps:

  1. Open the Admin panel

  2. Go to Settings --> Virtual event settings

  3. Go to the tab named 'Social wall'

Below you will find a list of all the social wall virtual event settings and a description of what they do:

Enabled lobby header button

This adds a button to the lobby header that opens the social wall

Who is allowed to post on the social wall

Choose who can post images and text on the social wall from the following options: Only event organisers: users with the admin tag Event organisers and attendees with tags: Admins and selected user tags can post Everyone: Anyone can post on the social wall

Which users are allowed to post?

Only appears if the option Event organisers and attendees with tags is selected. Type the tag name click add (this can be completed multiple times to allow more user types)

Enable post approval

Allows you to check posts before they are posted on the social wall

Which users are allowed to put comments under posts

Search for the tag of the users who should be able to comment on social wall posts
