Registered Sessions
Registered sessions are integral components of events, offering participants opportunities for in-depth learning and engagement. Effectively managing these registered sessions within the admin panel ensures a seamless experience for both organizers and attendees.
Configuring Registered Session Settings
To tailor registered session functionalities to your event's specific needs, navigate to the registered session settings in the Admin Panel:
Accessing Registered Session Settings:
Hover over 'Settings' in the Admin Panel.
Select 'App settings' or 'Virtual event settings' based on your event type.
Click on 'Registered Sessions' from the left-hand menu.

Different options that can be configured for registered sessions compared to other session types are shown in the table below. These options can be adjusted when creating or editing a session in the admin panel.
Attendees for this session need to be approved
When a participant registers for this session, the host must approve their registration before it is finalized.
Attendees can be put on a waiting list
If the maximum number of registrations for a session is reached, users can choose to be placed on a waiting list. Once spots become available, attendees from the waiting list will be admitted.
Maximum number of attendees
The maximum number of participants that can register for this session.
These options can be adjusted when creating or editing a session in the admin panel.
