To find the download button within the admin panel, select 'Download all' from the actions drop-down menu on [the user's home page](https://knowledge-base.letsgetdigital.com/the-admin-panel/users/application/untitled#the-home-page).

## The spreadsheet <a href="#the-spreadsheet" id="the-spreadsheet"></a>

When you click on the 'Download all' button you aren't directed to any new pages, instead it just starts the download automatically to your PC.
