Access tags (App)

With user access tags, you can categorize users and allow certain users specific permissions. For example, you can allow a user with a certain tag to enter a room, while other users cannot enter.

Settings

In the admin panel:

1. Go to 'Settings' -> 'App settings' -> 'Programme'

2. Select 'Enable to have access tags on a session'

3. Click on 'Save changes'

Set access tags to a session

1. In the Admin Panel go to 'Content' -> 'Programme'.

1. Create a new programme item or select and edit an existing programme item by clicking the edit icon.

2. Go to the advanced settings of this specific session

3. Add Access tags (beware! Only users with this tag can subscribe to the session)

1. Click on 'Save changes'
