Mail usIn the admin panel, hover over the Communication -> Feedback -> General Feedback
Open the home page.
Click on 'New feedback request'.
Complete the fields as they are described.
Click on 'Add feedback request'.
Each feedback request has two icons to its right:
Warning: Feedback requests cannot be edited or deleted once sent to users.

You can also receive and customise feedback you receive on individual sessions as well as general feedback. Read more on session feedback here.
Alternatively, a list can be found under "feedback" results.
Edit icon: Click here to make adjustments similar to when creating a feedback request. Delete icon: Click here to remove the feedback request altogether.
Results can be downloaded via this botton in the top right corner.
