# Programme export (App)

It is possible to export the full- or personal programme from the app by completing the following steps: 

1. Open the app
2. Navigate to programme 
3. Click in the top right on the three dots
4. Choose the programme you want to download
5. The programme will be mailed to the address connected to your account.
