Personal programme (VP)

The personal programme of the app is important for the virtual platform. Once a programme item is added to the personal programme in the app the user can access it in the virtual room.

Manual adjustments in the admin panel

Head over to the admin panel to adjust personal programme settings of the virtual event.

In the admin panel, click on 'Settings' and select 'Virtual event settings'.

Click on 'Program'. Choose if users are allowed to only enter programme items of their personal programme and whether to add plenary sessions to the personal program by default and save your changes.

Users can change their personal programme to compile their own programme in the virtual environment. This allows users to select their personal programme in the virtual environment by clicking on 'Add to favourites' that shows when they click on a programme item as follows:

Note: Speakers and moderators automatically get the sessions added to their personal programme for which they are set as speakers/moderators.

The end result

1. Click on the personal programme item in the menu or lobby tile.

2. Click on the item you want to attend.

3. Click on 'Enter talk'.

Every user will receive notifications when a programme item is about to start.

The personal programme will not make a distinction between session connected to different locations that show at the top of the programme overview. Otherwise, the different sessions would be stretched between the pages of the programme overview. Instead of the location, the text 'Your personal program' will be displayed.
