A call to action offers exhibitors and speakers another way to generate leads and share information to attendees of an event.
Please choose the article below on how to setup the CTA for the relevant platform.
The call to action overview allows you to see and manage all of the call to actions that have been created in the system. From here you can edit, view CTA activity, download statistics and delete CTA.
There are several ways to create a call to action; Manually via the admin panel, excel import, through the virtual event platform or mobile app.
1) Open the admin panel
2) Click on the drop down menu 'Content' and then choose 'Call to action'
3) Click on the blue button '+New call to action'
There are two types of call to action:
CTA lead - Get contact info by asking users to share their profile information.
CTA link - Provide users with a link to external sources or materials (Brochure, Website, Video).
Fill in the relevant fields from the Table listed below named 'Fill CTA'

Settings | Explanation |

Name | Name of the CTA as displayed for admins and speakers. |
Type | CTA type, either lead or link. |
Title | Title as displayed in the virtual platform. |
Description | Description of the CTA, which will be displayed on the pop-up in a session. |
Button text | Text displayed on the button of the CTA pop-up. |
Entity Type | The CTA can be activated in a session or company. |
Session/ Company | Select the session or company the CTA should be connected to. |
Open call to action | When enabled, the CTA pop-up will be opened immediately when send. |
Phone number required? | When enabled, the user has to fill in their phone number to receive the CTA. |
Send | Select to send the CTA at a planned time, when send now is pressed in the session or send the CTA directly. |
It is possible with the virtual event platform to create a CTA for both a company booth or for a session (please find relevant steps listed below):
Admins and exhibitors of the specific company booth can create and edit CTA from within the Virtual event platform:
1) Open the specific Company booth you would like to create a CTA for
2) Click the button in the top right corner of the booth named 'CTA's' Company call to action
Admins and exhibitors of the specific company booth can create and edit CTA from within the Virtual event platform:
1) Open the specific Company booth you would like to create a CTA for
2) Click the button in the top right corner of the booth named 'CTA's'
3) A pop-up will appear; Click 'Add CTA'
4) Fill the information (you can reference the table above named 'Fill CTA')
Once a CTA has been created for a company it is possible to manage the CTA from the company booth.
How to access:
1) Open the specific company booth
2) Click CTA (the pop-up shown below will appear)
From this page you can Add, edit, remove and download the company CTA's
Export an Excel file including responses to CTA's straight from a company booth. The setting has to be enabled for each individual company.
It is only possible in the Advanced & Extensive packages to download the CTA statistics.
Users will see a button in the company stand to access the newest created CTA.
Other CTA's are located under the 'More' tab.
It is possible within the Virtual event to create a CTA for a session as an Admin, moderator or speaker.
1) Open the specific session you would like to create a CTA for
2) Click Session tools (found at the bottom of the screen)
3) Select the tab 'CTA'
4) Click 'Schedule a new CTA'
From this page you can Add, edit, remove and send the CTA
5) Fill the information (you can reference the table above named 'Fill CTA')
Depending on how the CTA was setup, it will be displayed either as a pop up or it will be shown as a button in the feedback bar.
