The accreditation system can be used to check which users should receive certain certificates by checking which users attended the programme items, and for how long.
In the admin panel, hover over 'Settings' and choose 'Virtual event settings'. Choose 'Program' on the left-hand side menu. Scroll down to find 'Enable accreditation points' and enable it with the checkbox.
Below this data field, you can find the field 'Percentage of time spent in talk to receive accreditation points'. If the percentage is set to 80, then attendees will have to stay for at least 8 minutes inside a 10-minute programme session in order to receive the 'Accreditation points'.
'Accreditation points' can be attributed by the organisers to each individual programme session: In the admin panel, hover over 'Content' and choose 'Program'. By clicking on the editing button next to the programme item, you can field the data field 'Accreditation points' and enter how many points attendees can receive when attending it. After the event, you can export all the relevant data to see exactly how many 'Accreditation points' were collected by each attendee.
Notes: The accreditation points are only received when attendees reach the 'Percentage of time spent in talk to receive accreditation points'.
The accreditation settings for the programme items can also be entered in the programme import Excel file.
After the event, you can export an Excel file with all the relevant data, which you can then use to distribute certificates accordingly:
