## Files

[This ](https://knowledge-base.letsgetdigital.com/the-admin-panel/content/application-1/files)article explains how to create, (bulk) edit, and delete files from within the admin panel. Once a file has been added in the admin panel users can locate and download them in the virtual environment.

The maximum file size is 64MB.

**Please note:** You can assign a picture to your uploaded files. For this, we recommend an image size of 400x122px

### How to view the files

## File tags

File tags can be applied to categorize files, which can be used in the overview of the file.&#x20;

1. In the admin panel hover over 'Content' and select 'Files'.

2. In the top-right corner click on 'Actions' and select 'File tags'.

3. Create new file tags by clicking the 'New file tag' button in the top-right corner. Fill in the fields as applicable and click on 'Add file tag'.

**Note**: File tags can be applied when creating new files or when editing existing files. Select a file tag under 'Connections' in the tab 'File tags'.

### Subfile tags

Once a file tag has been created, additional sub-file tags can be created which are part of an existing file tag.

Create new file tags by clicking the 'New file tag' button in the top-right corner. Fill the fields as applicable, select a file tag in the 'Part of' box and click on 'Add file tag'.
