Data hashing settings

Data hashing involves shutting down your environment and rendering user data unrecognizable to comply with GDPR regulations.

Adjust data hashing date

As an organizer, you can determine when data in the environment is hashed by following these steps:

1. Open the Admin panel

2. Go to Settings -> General settings

3. Select 'General settings'.

4. Click on 'Data Hashing' from the left-hand menu.

If you do not modify this date, the data will be hashed automatically three months after the event.
