Session feedback (App)
Feedback requests can be tailored for more feedback pertinent to individual sessions. This article will explain how to enable & set this up, and edit the questions being asked.
To find the session feedback feature within the admin panel, hover over the 'Communication' tab, click 'Feedback' and then select 'Session feedback'.

- 1.Open the home page.
- 2.All session feedback requests can be enabled/disabled at once using the blue buttons at the bottom of the page. You may:
- 1.Enable all push notifications;
- 2.Disable all push notifications;
- 3.Enable feedback at the end of the talk;
- 4.Disable feedback at the end of the talk.

3. Look for a blue 'Yes' or red 'No' icon to the right of each session. Sending a feedback request through a push notification at the end of a talk or showing feedback at the end of a talk can be enabled/disabled for each individual session.
Note: 'Yes' means users will be asked for their feedback on that session, and 'No' means they won't.
4. Click on these icons to toggle between them.

- 1.Open the home page.
- 2.Click onnext to your session.
- 3.Complete/edit the fields as described.
- 4.Click on 'Save changes'.

- 1.In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.
- 2.Select 'App settings'.

3. Click on 'Feedback' from the left-hand menu.
Manage feedback by enabling or disabling the following settings:

Enable feedback | |
Enable the rating of this app | |
Enable the rating of program items | Enable or disable the rating of each separate program item. |
Enable the rating of posters | |
Enable visible poster images | |
Enable feedback in menu | Enable or disable open feedback in the navigation menu when a user missed a feedback response. |
When would you like to enquire feedback from attendees? | Select when users will be asked to provide feedback. |
