Fill in the required and relevant fields in the Excel sheet (You can use the description in row 2 as a guide)
Save your changes
Import using the Import Data Tool
For the app:
The Excel file below is the one you would probably need if you are filling an app and DO NOT make use of our virtual event platform.
For the app and the virtual event platform:
The Excel file below is a more suitable option for you if you are hosting an online or hybrid event and/or if you would also like to import posters, push-notifications, virtual networking tables and/or call to actions.
In the Excel sheets, all users must have a unique number assigned. This number must be truly unique and should therefore not be used more than once! Make sure this number corresponds to every Excel sheet.
Furthermore, the name of a user may only appear in one sheet. For all other sheets, the unique number can then be used. This means that a speaker who is also an exhibitor can be filled in completely in the speaker Excel sheet. Then only the corresponding unique number can be entered in the companies/exhibitor Excel sheet.
Thus, the existing data must stay the same. Even a dot or an added letter will cause duplications in the admin panel. Once you filled in the Excel sheet, please make sure that the information is correct, so the admin panel is filled with the correct data. Changing data afterwards is possible, but as soon differences in spelling etc. appear, the computer will be confused and mistakes will appear.
To overwrite the LGD QR-codes in the app with the QR-codes of your lead generating system, for example, make sure you either have the link of this QR-code or the barcode of the QR-code. Follow the next steps to overwrite the QR-codes of the users in the app:
Add another column to the user Excel sheets and name it 'QR-code'.
Fill this column with the URL/barcode of the personal QR-codes of the users.
Import the data as explained above and connect the column QR-code to the LGD value 'Custom QR code'.
After the import is done, the custom QR codes will overwrite the LGD QR codes in the app.
We do not support all custom QR codes, therefore it is important to test already in advance whether the LGD QR-codes can be overwritten.
