Weeztix (formerly know as Eventix)

This article will give guide you through the setup and integration of Weeztix with Let's Get Digital.

What data can be imported from Weeztix?

It is possible to import the following fields from Weeztix to Let's Get Digital:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Wheeztix QR code

These fields will automatically be imported when a ticket is purchased and the Weeztix connection to Let's Get Digital has been made.

Activate the Eventix Integration

Making the integration between Weeztix and Let's Get Digital should take no longer than 2 minutes using the following steps:

  1. Open the Admin panel

  2. Navigation to Settings > API & Integrations > Integrations

  3. Click on New integration > New Weeztix

  4. Give the integration a name

  5. Click 'Save changes' > Close

  6. Click on Authenticate Weeztix > Login to your Weeztix account

  7. Click Give access to authorize the connection

  8. Select the Weeztix event you want to integrate

  9. Save changes

Finalize the setup

Now you have connected Let's Get Digital to your Weeztix event you can finalize the setup of your integration:

  1. Set the integration to Active

  2. Save changes

  3. Click Install webhook

  4. Setup your Ticket settings

  5. Save changes

You can setup two different automations that will take place based on the ticket type. This can help send customised onboarding flows to users based on tags or by directing the user to a specific Let's Get Digital Registration Form to gather more specific information from the user.

You can link specific tickets to a specific user tags. This is useful for many reasons for example customizing communications or showing content based on tags.

*To set this up you first need to create your users tags

Do you want more information from your users once they have registered for the event? For example: Matchmaking interests, profile picture, Connection Centre profile info, etc. Then gather this data by linking the ticket to a specific registration form.

*To use this feature you first need to have your registration forms setup.

Reassigning tickets

Weeztix allows users to purchase multiple tickets. In our system, we would like to keep email addresses unique. Users with multiple tickets can reassign individual tickets to someone else. To enable this feature, follow these steps in the admin panel:

  1. Open the admin panel.

  2. Hover over 'Navigation' and click on 'Navigation settings'.

  3. Click on 'Add new item'.

  4. Enter 'My tickets' as the name for the new navigation item.

  5. In the 'Set link to related page' field*, select 'Users'.

  6. In the second dropdown menu, select 'My ticket'.

  7. Save the changes.

After completing these steps, the navigation item will be visible in the app. If a user has purchased multiple tickets, they can reassign these tickets by following these steps:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Navigate to the 'My Tickets' section.

  3. Select the ticket that needs to be reassigned.

  4. Click on 'Reassign ticket'.

  5. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the recipient.

  6. Save the changes by clicking the checkmark in the upper-right corner.
