# Networking bubble settings (App)

## The home page/settings <a href="#the-home-page-settings" id="the-home-page-settings"></a>

To find the option to manage the networking features within the admin panel:

1. In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.&#x20;
2. Select 'App settings'.&#x20;
3. Click on 'Networking bubble' from the left-hand menu.

## Managing your matchmaking <a href="#managing-your-own-privacy-statement" id="managing-your-own-privacy-statement"></a>

Manage matchmaking settings by adjusting the following settings:

| Align matchmaking tags with company and session tags                                       | <p>When enabled and you make a new matchmaking tag, automatically an associated company tag and session tag will be made.</p><p>If a user selects a tag in the registration form, the program items that contain the same tag will be highlighted in the program selector, provided that this setting is enabled. \*\*</p>                     |
| Encourage users to set their matchmaking tags on the social wall if not yet filled.        | When enabled, a reminder to set your personal interest is displayed on the news feed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          |
| Maximum amount of relevant people to be shown\*                                            | This setting defines the maximum number of relevant people that will be displayed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             |
| Enable notify relevant contacts when attendee checks in\*                                  | A notification will be sent to evhibitors when an attendee who has registered via their registration link or when attendees have a connection with each other.                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| Enable send push message when someone favourites you\*                                     | Enable or disable whether users should receive a push message when another user favourites them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| Allow matching within the same type (exhibitors with exhibitors, attendees with attendees) | <p>When unchecked, exhibitors can still match with attendees or speakers, but not with their own group. </p><p>When unchecked, exhibitors can still match with attendees or speakers, but not with their own group. Setting applies to:</p><ul><li>Swipe-2-Match</li><li>Connection center automatic matchmaking</li><li>Matchmaking</li></ul> |

\*These settings are extra options, to adjust them, click on the small grey text in the bottom left corner.&#x20;

\*\*When the matchmaking tag will be changed/removed, the associated session and company tag will also be changed/removed. When changing/removing the company or session tag, the other tags will not be changed or removed.&#x20;

## Managing your appointments <a href="#managing-your-own-privacy-statement" id="managing-your-own-privacy-statement"></a>

Manage appointment settings by adjusting the following settings:

| Generate automatic appointments slots for 'company stands' based on event program.    | If a company is linked to a stand/booth/location in the admin panel, automatic appointment slots will be generated for that stand.       |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Length of the exhibitor booth appointment slots                                       | Here, you can adjust the duration of the appointment slots linked to the exhibitor booths.                                               |
| Should attendees be able to subscribe to multiple timeslots at a time?\*              | Enable or disable whether attendees can select multiple timeslots for an appointment.                                                    |
| Lenght of the default appointment slots.                                              | Here, you can adjust the default length of the appointment slots.                                                                        |
| Should participants be able to subscribe to timeslots and workshops at the same time? | Enable or disable whether attendees can subscribe to an appointment timeslot while a workshop is also planned for the same timeslot.     |
| Show of personal appointments in general programme                                    | When enabled, personal appointments will be displayed in the general program of the user.                                                |
| Enable usages of free rooms, if specific reserved tables are full\*                   | When enabled, users can select a random free timeslot for a table, if specific tables linked to for example a company, are fully booked. |
| Enable that attendees can request appointments with companies                         | Enable or disable whether attendees can request appointments with companies.                                                             |
| Enable that attendees can request appointments with attendees                         | Enable or disable whether attendees can request appointments with other attendees.                                                       |
