Mail usTo find the option to manage the program settings within the admin panel:
In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.
Select 'Virtual event settings'.
3. Click on 'Session settings' from the left-hand menu.
Manage session settings by adjusting the following settings:

Enable speaker bar
The speaker bar is enabled by default. Speakers can use the bar to adjust the session state to 'Go live, Countdown or Stop presentation'. Note: users can only use emoticons and give feedback when the speaker bar is activated.
Enable Poll module
Enables polls in sessions.
Enable Q&A module
Enables Q&A's in sessions.
Allow users to use emoticons during talks
When enabled, users are allowed to use emoticons during sessions.
Emoticon 1*
Use the search tool to pick an emoticon which attendees can select to provide feedback in a session. It is mandatory to at least pick one emoticon when 'Allow users to use emoticons during talks' setting is enabled.
Emoticon 2
Use the search tool to pick a second emoticon which attendees can select to provide feedback in a session.
Emoticon 3
Use the search tool to pick a third emoticon which attendees can select to provide feedback in a session.
Emoticon 4
Use the search tool to pick a fourth emoticon which attendees can select to provide feedback in a session.
Reminder: Don't forget to save your changes!
In the virtual platform admins and speakers will see the following bar in a session:
The remaining time of the session is displayed. The speaker has the option to stop the presentation. When the session is stopped, users will be redirected to the feedback page if activated:
From here, speakers can go live again, which will switch the session to online. The speaker bar is enabled by default and can be disabled in the Virtual Event settings.
Note: The speaker does not have to select the 'Go live!' button manually to start the session at the start time of the programme item; the session will go live automatically.
