# Workshop settings (Virtual event)

## The home page/settings <a href="#the-home-page-settings" id="the-home-page-settings"></a>

To find the option to manage the workshop settings within the admin panel:

1. In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.&#x20;
2. Select 'Virtual event settings'.

## Managing your workshops <a href="#managing-your-own-privacy-statement" id="managing-your-own-privacy-statement"></a>

Manage workshop settings by adjusting the following settings:

| Title                                                   | Explanation                                                             |
| ------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Would you like to limit the number of attendees?        | Select whether workshops have an attendance limit (based on locations). |
| Enable users to subscribe to multiple workshops at once | When enabled, users can favourite parallel sessions.                    |
