Videos settings (Virtual event)
The home page/settings
To find the option to manage the program settings within the admin panel:
In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.
Select 'Virtual event settings'.
3. Click on 'Videos' from the left-hand menu.
Managing your video settings
Manage video settings by adjusting the following settings:
Settings | Explanations |
Use Vimeo or YouTube videos | Select to either use Vimeo or YouTube videos |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a check-in video | Add a video that plays when users check in to the event. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a check-out video | Add a video that plays when users check-out of the event. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a toilet video | Add a video to the menu of the event. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a keynote video | Add a video that plays when users enter a session. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a speaker instruction video | Instruction video that plays when speaker enter a samba session for the first time. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for a bouncer video | Add a video that plays when users are rejected to enter a session when user tag permissions are setup. |
Vimeo ID / YouTube URL for an enter bouncer video | Add a video that plays when users are accepted to enter a session when user tag permissions are setup. |
Youtube url (or Vimeo ID) for an NPS promoter video | Video that appears after the attendee filled out the NPS questionnaire with a 9 o 10. When left empty, the default video will be used. |
Youtube url (or Vimeo ID) for an NPS neutral video | Video that appears after the attendee filled out the NPS questionnaire with a 7 or 8. When left empty, the default video will be used. |
Youtube url (or Vimeo ID) for an NPS detractor video | Video that appears after the attendee filled out the NPS questionnaire with a 1 to 6. When left empty, the default video will be used. |
Enable the watermark | The Let's Get Digital watermark is displayed in all virtual event videos when enabled. |
Insert Vimeo IDs. Default videos will play if these settings are left untouched.
Please note: The Vimeo videos should be put on the privacy setting public. Otherwise, the video will not be displayed on the platform.
Beware: Vimeo may be blocked for users in some countries like Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. These users won't be able to see the videos on the platform. YouTube videos are more widely accepted.
