# Mails

You can send emails from the admin panel to all the created users. This way you can inform all different types of visitors on important information for your event. To access mails in the admin panel \
-> hover over communication -> mails.&#x20;

The options presented are:&#x20;

1. Starting from scratch with an empty template.
2. Use a best practices templates. These provide a guiding base and can be modified to your liking.&#x20;
