User tags (App)

Tags can be used to group them into categories which can help streamline your app (for example, filtering sections of the app so users can find what interests them easily).

The home page

To find the home page for user tags in the admin panel, hover over 'Users' and select 'All users'. Then click on 'User tags':

Creating a tag

    Open the home page.
  2. 2.
    Complete the fields as described.
  3. 3.
    Click on 'Add tag'.
Note: Hidden tags are not displayed in the application and/or virtual platform. When all tags are hidden, only a filter to show users with 'All tags' is displayed.

Editing and deleting tags

Each tag you create has two icons to their right (Under actions):

- Edit icon: Click here to make adjustments similarly to when you're first creating a tag.
- Delete icon: Click here to remove the tag altogether.
Note: Only tags you have created can be deleted, therefore the original speaker and exhibitor tags do not have the option to be removed, however they can be edited like normal.

Sorting tags

When creating or editing a user tag, you can enter an order number. The tag with the lowest number will be displayed at the top of the list, and so on.

Filtering attendees based on tags

The attendee list can be filtered based on tags, so that users can find other users with similar interests. In the attendee list, you can click on the filter icon in the top right corner:
