Design (VP)
The design of the platform has to be adjusted in order to fit with the look and feel of the event.

Designing the virtual event platform

We will provide you with draft of the design of the virtual event platform.
In order to let the virtual event page pop out, it's convenient to transfer the look and feel of the event to the virtual event page.
We need the following information for the design:
  1. 1.
    Two hex-colour codes (e.g. #00000 for a black colour).
  2. 2.
    A banner with the dimensions 1000px x 400px (preferably with a white background).
In case you are not sure about the hex-colour codes, use the following website:
In case the banner does not have the correct dimensions, use the following website to crop the banner to the right dimensions:
Use the following website if you want to play around with the placement of the banner and perhaps add some colour or stripes etc.:

The font used is determined by the font available on the users computer. If the first font listed in the code block below is not available, the next one is used, until an available font is found.
As listed below in the code block, Monsterrat is the primary font. Segoe UI, or one of the other fonts below, is used if this font is not available:
$this->addValue('font-family-heading', '"Montserrat", -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", Arial, "Noto Sans", sans-serif, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol", "Noto Color Emoji"', self::TYPE_TEXT);

You will receive two screenshots of the design once the banner and colours have been applied. The banner and colours will be applied to both the landingspage and the lobby.
Please provide us with feedback on the design. We will make adjustments accordingly.
