Feedback settings (VP)
Below the settings to setup feedback for the virtual platform are explained. The following options are available to gather feedback:
- 2.Session feedback: includes a one-to-five star rating, followed by an open-ended question for each specific session.
To find the option to manage feedback within the admin panel:
- 1.In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.
- 2.Select 'Virtual event settings'.
3. Click on 'Feedback' from the left hand menu.
Manage feedback by enabling or disabling the following settings:
When would you like to enquire feedback from attendees?
Select when users will be asked to provide feedback.
Feedback questions during the event, for example at the end of a session, have to be set-up in a different section of the admin panel. This article provides more information.
Fill the fields as applicable:
Enable feedback on end session
Tick the box to enable the feature to send feedback at the end of sessions.
Title as displayed in bold at the top of the pop-up.
Description as displayed in plain text on the pop-up.
Text on the button.
URL of the survey.
Enable feedback when leaving the event
Tick the box to enable the feature to enable to send a survey link when people leave the event platform.
