Feedback Results (App)
This article guides you through how to find and read the results of the feedback you receive, both for the app/event and specific sessions.
Hover over Communication and click on 'Feedback Results'. Next, select the results that you want to analyse. These are described in more detail below.
The answers to the different questions of the feedback survey(s) are visible here. You can make an export as follows:
- 1.Hover over communication and click on 'Feedback Results'.

- 4.An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address including an Excel file with the feedback results.
The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service and the customer’s loyalty to the brand.
Promoters are attendees that would recommend the app to their friends/colleagues and have answered the NPS question with a 9 or 10.
Passives are attendees that were satisfied, but would not necessarily recommend the app to their friends/colleagues and have answered the NPS question with a 7 or 8.
Detractors are attendees that would talk down the app to their friends/colleagues and have answered the NPS question with a 6 or higher.
This part provides an overview of all responses and specifies the name, score and type. These responses can be downloaded by clicking this button
An e-mail will then be sent to your e-mail address including an Excel file with the responses of the attendees.
Other feedback results include the results of the session and customised feedback questions.
