User tags (VP)
Tags can be used to group users into categories which can help streamline the virtual event.
This article explains how user tags are being established in the admin panel.

Platform access

Additionally, enable the registration bouncer per event day setting to provide attendees platform access for (a) specific day(s). To find the setting:

  2. 2.
    Select 'Virtual event settings'.

    Click on 'Save changes'.

Sorting tags

When creating or editing a user tag, you can enter an order number. The tag with the lowest number will be displayed at the top of the list, and so on.

Organizer tags

In order to make it possible for attendees fo an event to quickly identify the organizers of the event, you can enable special organizer tags that are visible everywhere. If the organizer sends messages in the lobby chat for example, all attendees can quickly identify who the message is coming from.

  1. 1.
In the admin panel, navigate to 'Settings' and choose 'Virtual event settings'
  2. 2.
Choose 'layout' on the menu on the left side
  3. 3.
