Setting up your own printer

If you purchased/rented your own Epson TM-C3500, Epson Colorworks C4000e or Brother QL-1100c printer you can use this article as a guide to setting up your printer for the very first time.

Steps in setting up your printer (in 4 steps)

1. Open your dedicated Windows laptop for the printer you are about to set up.

2. Turn on the printer and connect to the Windows laptop

3. Download and install the correct driver by selecting the link that corresponds to your printer:

Printer	Driver (Software)
Epson TM-C3500	TM-C3500 Printer Driver (64bit) Ver.2.6.0.2
Epson C4000-E	CW-C4000e Printer Driver (64bit)
Brother QL-1100C	Should go automatically, but in case it doesn't use this link

1. Download and start the Let's Get Digital Badge printing software.

The (latest) version of the software can be downloaded via the following link: https://live.letsgetdigital.com/misc/badgeprinting/software/download

Don't forgot to select the right Badge Type in the event software!
