Feedback survey form

Read this article further to see why you should use this feature at your event!
The Feedback survey form allows you to create and integrate a customised survey for your event without the need for another external tool.

Here's how you can set this up!

To create a new survey you can complete the following steps:
  1. 1.
    From the Admin panel go to 'Communication' --> 'Feedback' --> 'Feedback survey'
  2. 2.
    Click on '+New feedback survey'
  3. 3.
    Follow the explanation table below:

    Once you have set up the form you can click 'Preview' to preview the form.
  5. 5.
    You can then click Save form to save the form

Give the form a name for internal refrence (this is a mandatory field)
Send notification at
Set a Date + Time that you want a push notification to be sent out at
In the drop down menu

This creates a section header for the form
Give the header a title
Description
Give the section a dsecription in the form
Short answer
Allows users to leave an answer with text
Drop down
Allows users to choose an option from a drop down list
Type the question and click Add option to provide more options to choose from
Checkbox
Allows users to choose an option from a checkbox
Type the question and click Add option to provide more options to choose from
Ratings
Allow users to give a star rating in the form
Choose the data type: Ask users for ratings based on if they attended a session or not

How to distribute the form to your event users

There are many options that you can choose from to distribute the finished form to the users. Please read through the following options below:

Send via Mail

You can send your Feedback survey form to your users via mail. To do this complete the following steps:
  1. 1.
    From the Admin panel go to 'Communication' --> 'Feedback' --> 'Feedback survey'
  2. 2.
    Click on the Mail icon
  3. 3.
    You can edit our template mail be aware the link to the form is already included.
  4. 4.
    Once ready like a scheduled mail click next --> choose the appropriate users --> schedule the send date and time.

Add as a menu item to your event

You can add the form to a navigation item by following the steps listed on the following page

Push notification

When setting up the form you can choose to schedule it to be sent at a specific date and time. If you want to use this option edit the form and complete the section name 'Send a notification at'
