Using your event app as the official entry ticket

Turn your app into the entrance ticket for the event. Increase the download rate and overall app usage and performance. We recommend removing QR codes from emails and placing the entry ticket QR code exclusively inside the app.

Add ticket to apps Home page

Make sure the ticket is easy to find by placing it directly on the Home page.

Steps

  1. Open the Admin panel

  2. Go to Settings and Manage navigation

  3. Click Add new menu item

  4. Name the menu item Ticket

  5. Set the link to Users then My ticket

  6. Click Save

  7. Drag the new menu item to the Home page and place it as the second item

This ensures attendees can immediately find their ticket when opening the app.

Registration Confirmation - App not yet live

Use this email when a user registers but the app is not yet available. The goal is to set expectations clearly.

Our official event app will be available to download and log in to seven days before the event. Your entrance ticket will be available inside the app and must be shown at the entrance on the day of the event.
