Session feedback (VP)
Feedback requests can be tailored for more feedback pertinent to individual sessions. This article will explain how to enable & set this up, and edit the questions being asked.
The home page
To find the session feedback feature within the admin panel, hover over the 'Communication' tab, click 'Feedback' and then select 'Session feedback'.
Managing session feedback requests
Enabling/disabling session feedback requests
Open the home page.
Look for a blue 'Yes' or red 'No' icon to the right of each session.
'Yes' means users will be asked for their feedback on that session, 'No' means they won't.
Click on these icons to toggle between them.
Editing session feedback requests
Open the home page.
Complete/edit the fields as described.
Click on 'Save changes'.
