# How do I import my programme?

You can import your programme via the events Admin panel using our formatted excel template.&#x20;

### Prepare the Excel

Complete the programme Excel template with the relevant information. By using our column headings the data will be mapped automatically completing the import

### Import the programme via the Admin panel

1. Log in to the **Admin panel**&#x20;
2. Go to **Settings** --> **Import data**
3. Click on the button **+ New import**
4. Click on **Excel sheets**
5. Drag and drop the Excel file or click to select the relevant Excel file
6. Click **Start upload**
7. Click on **Programme file**
8. Check the data is mapped correctly (the columns **Header** and **Let's Get Digital value** match)
9. Set the **Name of session** as the **Unique value** (Set under column **Import as**)
10. Click on the button **Submit, preview import**
11. Check the preview of the import (If everything is correct continue)
12. Click on **Confirm import**
13. Go to **Content --> Programme** to double check that the programme is correct.

### How do I connect Speakers and Moderators to my programme?

Before you can connect your speakers and/or moderators to the programme ensure that they have user account created within the Admin panel.

Once you speakers and/or moderators have an account you can place either the usesrs **Email** or **External ID** within the programme excel file under the relevant column

### My import simulation has errors?

You can find the errors found in your import by scrolling down to the section **Import errors**

Here you will find an overview including a **title, description** and **Row index** of the error. It is important to read the full overview and click on the blue hyperlink under Row index which will tell you where the error lies.

Remove the error and click on **Re-upload files**

### Can I connect a company to a specific session

Yes! If you have already created companies within the admin panel you can connect them to a specific session either when making an import or manually within the admin panel.&#x20;

You can make a connection between company and a session within the programme import by completing the column **Associated company** column.

**Please note: the company name must match exactly the name listed within the admin panel.**&#x20;
