# AI-Matchmaking

AI Matchmaking connects users with the most relevant contacts at your event. It analyses what users can offer and what they are looking for and compares this with the profiles of others. This creates high quality introductions that help users build valuable relationships in a natural way.

### How AI Matchmaking Works for Users

To receive accurate matches users must first complete their profile in the [Connection Center](https://knowledge-base.letsgetdigital.com/the-admin-panel/networking/connection-center/connection-center-app). Here they describe in their own words what they can offer and what they are looking for. Once their profile is completed the AI can compare their information with other users.

Based on the Matchmaking Rounds that you schedule as the organiser users will automatically receive notifications that new contacts have been added to their contact list. These notifications also explain the reason why the match was made which helps users understand the relevance of each new connection.

### How to setup AI-Matchmaking (Organisers)

#### Step 1. Enable the Connection Center

AI Matchmaking uses the information users enter in the Connection Center. Make sure the Connection Center is added to the apps menu

1. Open the **Admin Panel**.
2. Go to **Navigation → Manage navigation**.
3. Click **Add new menu item**.
4. Set the link to **Modules**, then choose **Connection Center**.

#### Step2. Schedule AI-Matchmaking rounds

1. Open the **Admin Panel** and navigate to **WOW-effects → AI-Matchmaker**.
2. Click on **+ Generate new matches**
3. (Optional) Check **“Automatically insert matches into the Connection Center after generation”** this inserts the recommended connections directly into each user’s network list.
4. Enter the date and time in the **Scheduled at** field when you want a round of matches to be sent.
5. Click **Generate matches** to confirm the scheduling.

AI Matchmaking will then run at the scheduled time and create suggested matches for users based on the information in their Connection Center profiles.
