The questions for the feedback you want for your event is customisable. This article explains how to set this up, along with explanations on the settings and the results once the event concludes.

Manual adjustments in the admin panel

This article explains how to set up feedback questions in the admin panel.

Settings

1. In the Admin Panel, hover over settings.

2. Select 'Virtual event settings'.

3. Click on 'Feedback' from the left hand menu.

Managing your feedback

Feedback

Manage feedback by enabling or disabling the following settings:

Title	Explanation
Enable feedback	Enable or disable the feedback feature in the admin panel.
When would you like to enquire feedback from attendees?	Select when users will be asked to provide feedback.

Session end feedback

Feedback questions during the event, for example at the end of a session, have to be set-up in a different section of the admin panel. This article provides more information.

Fill the fields as applicable.

Settings	Explanation
Enable feedback on end session	Tick the box to enable the feature to send feedback at the end of sessions.
Feedback title	Title as displayed in bold at the top of the pop-up.
Description	Description as displayed in plain text on the pop-up.
Button text	Text on the button.
Survey link	URL of the survey.
Enable feedback when leaving the event	Tick the box to enable the feature to enable to send a survey link when people leave the event platform.

Reminder: Don't forget to save your changes!

The end result

Open the push notification.

Rate the assessment question.

Answer the feedback question and click on 'Submit'.
