Direct mail
The direct mail feature allows you to send mail out directly to your users. You will still be able to use a template of your choice and to a specific group of users based on tags.
How to access the Direct mail
You can find the direct mail feature in the Admin panel under:
Communication --> Mails --> Direct mail
How to send a Direct mail
You can send a direct mail by completing the following steps:
Navigate to the Direct Mail section in the Admin panel.
Click on the green button '+ New Direct Mail'.
Choose the template you want to use (it is still possible to make adjustments to the mail at this point).
Click Next.
Enter the tag of the specific users you want to send the mail to (if you leave this empty, it will send to every tag).
Select to either send the mail to users who have at least one of the selected tags or to users that have all the selected tags.
Choose the receiver state: - Send to everyone - Only send to logged-in users - Only send to users who haven't logged in yet - Only send to users who did log in and have at least one connection
Click Send (note: once you click send, the mail will be sent directly and cannot be stopped)
