Keep in mind that you can always ask your questions by email or quick phone call, no matter which package you have booked.

You can reach us Monday to Friday between 9:00h and 12:00h (CET) and in the afternoon between 13:00h and 16:00h (CET).

Emergency telephone number

You will receive an email up to two days before the event with our emergency telephone number. This number is available 24/7 for technical emergencies during your event and should not be used for general inquiries.

Live Chat Support

You can book extra live chat support during your event upon the request to your Event Consultant.
