Multi-event app
A branded multi-event app. The multi-event app could be used to contain multiple events in combination with the Let's Get Digital platform.

The multi-event app

Like the name suggests, the multi-event can be used for multiple events. The app only has to be set-up and published once. Each separate new event will then be coupled to the multi-event app. This way, all application environments of your events will be accessible through one app.
A multi-event app will contain the look and feel of the event and can be downloadable in the App Store and Google Play Store. Set-up the app ahead of the event (before the virtual event platform opens) to provide users with additional features. The app offers the following advantages, among other things, in addition to the Let's Get Digital platform:
    Latest news about the event
    Interacting with other users ahead of the event
    Signing up for programme items before the event
    Connecting with users ahead of the event
    Setting up your profile
    Information about the location (for live events)
    An interactive floor plan
    An attendee list
    A list of companies and exhibitors
    Images
    Videos

The Support Engineer will create an environment in our system for each separate event that needs to be linked to the multi-event application.
Add Endpoint URL of mother in child environment
The Support Engineer will link the admin panel of each separate event to the multi-event admin panel.
Create a LA project for every child environment
The Support Engineer will set-up a project for each separate event.
Client has invited us to the Apple development team
​Invite us into the Apple Developers Account.
Client accepted the latest Apple terms
Make sure the latest Apple terms are accepted.

Doing Apple steps
Our developer will do Apple steps to link your Apple Developers Account with our system.
IOS: Created screenshots
We will create screenshots of the app once the design is approved, which will be displayed when downloading the app in the Apple Store.
IOS: Busy uploading app to the store
We will upload the app to the Apple Store once the screenshots have been made.
IOS: App uploaded to the store
We will check if the app was uploaded to the Apple Store correctly.
IOS: App live
Once the app is live in the Apple Store, we will complete this task.
Android: Created screenshots
We will create screenshots of the app once the design is approved, which will be displayed when downloading the app in the Google Play Store.
Android: Push to store
We will push the app to the Google Play Store once the screenshots have been made.
Android: App live
