LaunchAssist (VP)
You will receive an invitation for LaunchAssist. In this portal, you can always see the status of the project; which steps we are working on and which steps you can work on.

The overview

LaunchAssist provides an overview of all milestones and tasks which form the basis to set-up the virtual event platform. Hence, the use of LaunchAssist is to specify the steps to configure your event. The Delivery Consultant will explain the tasks in more detail during a setup meeting. Some tasks and milestones should be completed prior to the setup meeting. A link to a Knowledge Base article explaining the steps to complete a task is included in the comment section for each task.
We have set deadlines for each milestone and task. The deadlines are set to stay on track with the project. However, it may be possible to deviate from these deadlines depending on the time allocated to configure the admin panel. Please contact your personal Delivery Consultant in case you'd like to make adjustment to the deadlines.

Milestones

Each milestone has a set of tasks. We will explain the different milestones in more detail in this section.

Setup project
The support engineers will complete these tasks when setting up the project. This milestone does not include any tasks you will have to fulfil.
Data Collection*
Tasks are included to collect the required data for publishing the application.
Publication of the App*
We will provide screenshots of the application based on the questionnaire data. The application is published once the design is approved.
(Branded) Mobile application**

LGD Only event***
We will provide screenshots of the virtual event platform based on the event colours and logo that are provided.
Setup meeting & Next steps
The Delivery Consultant will explain the admin panel in detail and make arrangements to guarantee successful implementation.
Finalising Content
The milestone includes a list of applicable tasks for you to complete to configure each selected feature.
E-mails
We suggest sending out a number of emails to inform participants about the event, including their login details.
Pre Event Testing
Multiple tasks are included in the milestone to make sure the system configuration is tested to assure a smooth event.
Final Event Check
The Delivery Consultant performs a final check with you during a meeting.
Day of the Event
The day of the event.
Evaluation
You will receive more information about the evaluation meeting with your Sales Consultant.
Facturation
An order will be created for an invoice which will be forwarded to our finance department.
